Eminem divorces again

The Detroit rapper's second divorce from Kim Mathers was made official Tuesday after the estranged couple appeared at a brief settlement hearing in Macomb County Circuit Court, area newspapers report.

Three months after the pair failed to hammer out a settlement agreement, sending the case to mediation, the duo formerly known as Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Bruce Mathers III told Circuit Judge Antonio Viviano that they had arrived at a private out-of-court arrangement and understand that the split is now final.

Ciara and Eminem Earn Top Slots On The Charts

Ciara has stunned the US album charts by beating EMINEM to number one, thanks to her best sales week ever.

R&B singer Ciara led three new titles into the top three spots on the U.S. pop album charts Wednesday, while incumbent champ Incubus set a dubious new record with its fast-fading new disc, Billboard reported.

Akon and Eminem in second place with Smack That

ake That have scored their first ever chart double this week, topping both the singles and album chart.

Their single ‘Patience’ remained at number one for a second week, while the long-player ‘Beautiful World’ entered at number one.

Akon featuring Eminem was a non mover in second place with Smack That. Meanwhile, Booty Luv's Boogie 2Nite climbed sixteen places to secure the third spot, Nelly Furtado moved from ninth spot to fourth with All Good Things, and Justin Timberlake dropped to fifth with My Love.
